We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our products. If you are not satisfied with your product within 30 days after shipment of your order, you may return your UNUSED & UNDAMAGED products for a full refund (less shipping costs).
Place your item back in the box using the packaging you received and ship it postage prepaid to: Narrow Gate Artisans, Returns Dept., 200 Beasley Dr. STE 110, Franklin, TN 37064. C.O.D shipments will not be accepted. Used/damaged items are not returnable. After we receive your item in original condition, we will refund the purchase price back via the same method of payment. You are responsible for shipping costs.
Exceptions: No returns on personalized items, or damaged or used items. If you have a problem with personalized merchandise, please contact us via email and we’ll see if there is something we can do to help. We are committed to your satisfaction.
Our Lifetime Warranty
We are committed to the highest levels of craftsmanship and materials and to serving our customers with humility and respect. Our products come with a Lifetime Warranty on materials and workmanship.
We strive for excellence, but as members of the human race, we have not yet achieved perfection, and we occasionally make mistakes. Should you receive a Narrow Gate Leather Goods product that is defective in materials or workmanship, you can count on us to make it right. We will promptly repair or replace the item at no charge, or issue credit.
Normal Wear and Tear, etc. – Our warranty is limited to the cost of the product itself. It also does not cover normal wear and tear. We feel that if you just plain “wore it out,” you got your money’s worth. Also, we cannot be responsible for an item which has suffered through alteration, damage due to improper cleaning, improper use, mishandling, or accident. (If your car ran over your bag, or your puppy chewed it up, we can only offer our sympathies.)
Personalized Products – If we made a mistake in personalizing your product or if the product is defective in materials or workmanship, of course we’ll replace it. Otherwise, personalized products are not returnable.
Natural Variations – Our products are made in Franklin, TN using the finest materials. They are not mass produced but handcrafted in small batches from full grain leather, hardwoods, and other natural materials which are expected to have variances in shade, color or texture consistent with the external characteristics of natural leather or hardwoods. Individual product variances, consistent with the use of natural materials, are all part the beauty and uniqueness of handcrafted products that are build to last and develop even deeper character and beauty as time goes by.
Repair/Replace Policy: Should your product become damaged due to a defect in the materials or manufacturing process, contact us via email with a description and picture of the defect, and we will authorize a return and either fix it or replace it, or offer a credit, at our discretion.
